Key Responsibilities
  • Test and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, servers, and all-in-ones (AIOs)

  • Identify and report equipment issues using testing software

  • Perform minor hardware repairs and reset remote management cards (iDRAC, iLOM)

  • Reset and configure BIOS on tested systems

  • Track and update equipment location data

  • Work closely with team members to research and resolve technical problems
