Jobs with management responsibilities require leadership and interpersonal skills.

To thrive as a Computer Technician, you need strong knowledge of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and networking, typically supported by a relevant associate degree or certifications like CompTIA A+. Familiarity with diagnostic tools, operating systems, and repair management systems is often required. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills help technicians work efficiently with clients and team members.
