Who earns more, BA or PM?

In the context of a Computer Project Manager, project managers generally earn higher salaries than business analysts due to their leadership responsibilities, project scope, and experience requirements. Business analysts typically focus on requirements gathering and analysis, while project managers oversee project execution, budgets, and teams, which often results in higher compensation for PMs.

Can I be a PM without experience?

While some entry-level computer project management roles may accept candidates with limited experience, most PM positions require prior experience in project coordination, technical knowledge, or related fields. Developing skills in project management tools, certifications like PMP, and gaining relevant work experience can improve chances of qualifying for a PM role without extensive background.

Is being a TPM stressful?

Being a Technical Program Manager (TPM) can be stressful due to managing complex projects, tight deadlines, and coordinating between teams. The role often requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations, but it also offers opportunities for leadership and professional growth.
