General Manager Asbestos Abatement & Demolition ServicesLeadership Role | Company Vehicle | Monthly Bonus Potential | Growth Opportunity
We are a growing environmental and asbestos abatement company looking for a motivated, results-driven General Manager to lead operations, support business growth, and help drive our continued success.
As our General Manager, you will:
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and project coordination
Meet with clients and prepare project estimates
Build relationships with customers, contractors, property managers, and insurance professionals
Lead and support field teams to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEQ, and company safety standards
Work closely with office staff on project tracking and documentation
Help grow the business through networking and relationship development
Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
Preferred Experience:
Estimating, Operations, or Project Management experience
Leadership or team management experience
Construction, restoration, environmental services, mitigation, or asbestos industry background preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, customer-service mindset
Microsoft Office & computer proficiency
Valid Oregon Drivers License with clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Knowledge of asbestos regulations and environmental safety procedures is a strong plus.
