Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Sr. Architectural Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex architectural projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of design, construction, and renovation projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget constraints, and regulatory standards. As a key driver of project success, you will leverage your expertise in project management, technical drafting, and construction processes to deliver innovative and functional architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

· Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

· Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to develop project strategies and maintain clear communication throughout all phases.

· Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and budgets, manage resources, and adjust schedules as needed to meet project milestones.

· Coordinate design development using software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam.

· Review construction documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with building codes and standards; facilitate revisions as necessary.

Requirements

· Proficiency in industry-standard software including Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam (for PDF markup), CAD tools, and project management platforms for retail, restaurant and commercial projects.

· Strong understanding of construction processes, renovation projects, and construction management practices.

· Excellent drafting skills with experience in detailed technical drawing production using CAD and Revit software.

· Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

· Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal staff.

· Knowledge of building codes.
