JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for technology projects within an organization, overseeing planning, execution, and implementation. Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions and apply software development life-cycle methodologies. Collaborating closely with vendors and internal/external stakeholders, aligning project goals with business needs, and creating detailed schedules and deadlines. Throughout the project, monitor progress to ensure alignment with expectations.
Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
IT Project Manager II
  • A working knowledge of technical concepts at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, business, or related field; and
  • Two years' experience in project/program management experience driving small to mid-scale technology projects

IT Project Manager III
  • A working knowledge of technical concepts at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, business, or related field; and
  • Four years' experience in project/program management experience driving mid to large-scale technology projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define project goals for small to mid-scale projects and contribute to strategic planning under supervision.
  • Maintain timelines and budgets for assigned projects; generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Allocate resources for specific tasks, coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
  • Assign tasks and develop schedules for small teams; monitor task completion.
  • Apply IT strategies to ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.
  • Configure and use tools to track milestones and generate performance dashboards.
  • Conduct risk assessments for assigned tasks; propose mitigation strategies.
  • Lead meetings for small projects; facilitate stakeholder discussions.
  • Communicate project progress and gather feedback from clients and teams.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned.

  • Salary: $84,620 - $121,620
  • Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 20% of eligible wages based on eligibility and company goal achievement.
