  • Lead security, privacy, shared-services, technical, and business stakeholder meetings as required.
  • Coordinate technical teams throughout discovery, design, build, migration, testing, training, piloting, and go-live activities.
  • Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps, project plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, checklists, task assignments, and deliverable schedules.
  • Identify, document, monitor, and mitigate project risks while maintaining appropriate escalation processes.
  • Build productive relationships with technology leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, project teams, enterprise service organizations, and end users.
  • Define resource requirements, delivery timeframes, staffing needs, and funding requirements while monitoring resource utilization.
  • Track project budgets, costs, payments, procurement activities, and vendor contracts when assigned.
  • Allocate resources and prioritize workloads to maintain project quality, continuity, and timely delivery.
  • Review and approve project deliverables across requirements, design, implementation, testing, training, piloting, and deployment phases.
  • Ensure project documentation meets organizational standards, audit requirements, repository controls, and version-management practices.
  • Enforce formal change management procedures and maintain configuration documentation supporting operational continuity.
  • Manage change orders and contract amendments when required.
  • Prepare clear project status reports, executive updates, presentations, and other decision-support materials.
  • Apply established IT, security, quality assurance, change management, and release management standards throughout the project lifecycle.
