Looking for the ultimate hospitality experience? Want to participate in a career opportunity filled with excitement, satisfaction, and the chance to build your career?
Crestline Hotels and Resorts is seeking enthusiastic team members for our summer internship program. Our internship program is an excellent way to determine whether Crestline is right for you. You will get practical work experience in an operational department of the hotel and an introduction to a way of working you will love. Internships are:
  • Typically three months in length (May-August)
  • available to any level of college student in the Hospitality or Business major track.

You will be selected based on your demonstrated desire and commitment to the hospitality industry and/or discipline of choice, academic and extracurricular achievement, community participation, and an overall match for the company.
The intern will be required to meet regularly with their department head and will be required to complete the departmental training checklist before completing the internship. This position will also participate in all required meetings and training conducted in the hotel and the specific department in which they are working at the time.
This position will gain hands-on, relevant experience and skills while working in one of the following departments:
  • Front Office
  • Housekeeping
  • Restaurant/Room Service
  • Banquets
  • Kitchen and/or Culinary
  • Engineering?

Education & Experience:
  • Enrolled in a Hospitality or Business Major, open to any level of college student!
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Hands-on experience in the hospitality field preferred (either through internships or work experience)
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be service-minded and have a can-do attitude
  • Must be able to provide own housing arrangements in the city of internship
