What You'll Actually Do

Chevron is hiring Software Engineers Interns at various operating locations across the U.S, including:

  • We are looking for motivated individuals to deliver innovative digital solutions through design, development, deployment, and support. You will work on key projects and digital innovation initiatives following agile principals, collaborating with product teams to develop reusable software components and services. Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated monthly (hourly) range for this position is $23.65 - $37.50. The selected candidate's monthly or hourly compensation will be determined based on their selected role, degree level and academic year.

As an intern, you will receive the following benefits:

  • Furnished housing.
  • Participation in Employee Savings Investment Plan with immediate vesting in both employee and company contributions.
    • Chevron matching contributions:
      • 4% company match for a 1% employee contribution.
      • 8% company match for a 2% employee contribution.
  • Work schedules:
    • Flexible work schedules (5/40, 9/80, or 4/10), as determined by the work group and confirmed with the hiring manager.
  • Paid holidays depending on your work schedule.
  • Full year of service credit for each internship completion (must be re-employed within 365 days)
