Main Duties & Responsibilities
Principal Responsibilities
This position will perform at a junior engineer level and be capable of supporting various on-going
Projects. The employee has the capacity to learn company processes and procedures and become familiar with industry standards.
Duties:
The person will perform in a professional capacity to learn the business and product lines, whether on the
hardware or software side. All the work will be assigned by the Engineer Supervisor/Lead person.
And other duties as assigned
This role is required to be on-site at the Simi Valley, CA location.
Qualifications
Minimum Education/ Experience:
Must be enrolled in an accredited, full-time degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace
Engineering or related technical discipline
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Must be a good problem solver, self-starter, and team player
Must be capable of working independently as needed.
Strong computer skills and technical writing capabilities to write test procedures or other documentation as required
Must be familiar with common software applications - Microsoft word, excel, etc.

Employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time, occasionally required to walk, climb stairs, stoop, use hands to finger (keyboard), talk and hear. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Compensation
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $25.00-$28.00 per hour.
