Job description

Position:  Support Software Developer Co-op/Intern

Number of Position(s): 1

Duration: 12 Months+  

Date:  - (Fall Term Sept 8th - Dec 18th, 2026)

Location: In office at 600 March Rd. Ottawa, Canada.

Education Recommendations: 

Currently a 2nd year+ candidate for a Master's, bachelor's degree, or Diploma in Engineering or Computer Science, or a related field with an accredited school in Canada. 

  • Strong relationship-building and communication (both written and verbal) skills are required.
  • The candidate must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative setting.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Knowledge of IP networking, familiar with networking concepts.
  • Familiar or proficient with different LINUX operating systems (i.e., CentOS)
  • Scripting languages - Bash, PHP, and CSS

As a part of our team, you will: 

  • Work with new products and technologies.
  • Software installs, system configurations, restoring, and backing up databases.
  • Programming in PHP, HTML, and CSS using a MYSQL database. 
  • Update and create new features in Web Lab tools.
