About the Opportunity

Join a growing and dynamic civil engineering team! This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience working on infrastructure, land

development, and transportation projects. You will collaborate with experienced engineers, assisting in design, analysis, and project management tasks while developing your technical and professional skills.


What You’ll Do

Assist in civil engineering design and analysis for projects such as roads, drainage systems, and

site development.

  • Review design local, state and federal design standards and apply to specific project.
  • Prepare drawings, reports, and calculations under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to support project development.
  • Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software to develop project designs.
  • Assist in data collection, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure designs comply with local regulations, industry standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D,
  • Experience in Storm Cadd, Pond Pack, Hydro Cad, etc- modeling software’s
  • Ability to prepare Storm Water Analysis reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of local engineering codes and standards (preferred).
  • EIT (Engineer-in-Training)

Nice to Have

  • 2+ years of civil drafting or related experience
