Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Process Development:Focus on operator safety while crafting manufacturing processes. You'll study product requirements and collaborate with equipment vendors to research, design, modify, and test cutting-edge manufacturing methods and equipment.

  • Quality Assurance Champion:Design robust manufacturing processes using poke yoke solutions to prevent quality issues. Develop testing methods, evaluate finished products, and establish standards to ensure that every product meets our high-quality expectations.

  • Productivity Enhancer:Analyze and plan workflows, space requirements, and equipment layouts in line with Kubota's 5-Gen Principles to boost manufacturing productivity.

  • Informed Decision-Maker:Provide valuable insights for manufacturing decisions by calculating production, labor, and material costs, reviewing production schedules, and estimating future needs.

  • Project Management Leader:Oversee project-related activities transparently for new programs or changes to existing ones, including timing, budgets, design details, team coordination, and vendor procurement.
