Job description

What we are looking for
We are seeking a motivated Co-op student to support our Waukesha Engine manufacturing team in developing engaging training materials. You will work closely with subject matter experts to create, edit, and organize multimedia training content that enhances the learning experience for our manufacturing workforce.
Co-op Term: September 2026 - December 2026
Essential Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of training materials (videos, presentations, manuals, e-learning modules) for Waukesha Engine manufacturing processes.
  • Use multimedia software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, Camtasia, or similar) to create and edit content.
  • Collaborate with engineers, trainers, and operators to capture process knowledge and best practices.
  • Organize and maintain a library of training assets.
  • Support the rollout and feedback collection for new training materials.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program (e.g., Engineering, Communications, Multimedia, Education, or related field).
  • Experience or coursework in multimedia content creation (video editing, graphic design, e-learning tools).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in manufacturing and technical training is a plus
