Job Description

We are currently seeking a Process Engineering Co-Op student to join our process engineering team located at 71 Orenda Road, Brampton, ON beginning in the Fall 2026 term.

When you join us you will;

  • Assist in the creation of process flow charts, work instructions and control plans using the companies Visual Standard work instruction format.

  • Support the Process Engineer in optimizing plant performance

  • Assist in troubleshooting of plant issues and, assist in the development of long and short term solutions utilizing Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.

  • Utilize the companies' tools for handling process data for analysis and report daily on Plant issues.

  • Prepare and present summary reports, performance metrics reports, and graphical representation for presentations as required

  • Collect data for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovation

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Our ideal candidate would be:

  • 3rd or 4th year student enrolled in a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering program.

  • Prior Co-Op/Intern experience preferred.

  • Excellent organization and analytical skills

  • Strong communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to establish priorities and work effectively in a team

  • Works well independently

Hours/ Days / Schedule

Hours of work will be primarily Monday through Friday {30 - 40 hours, day shift}.
