Job Description Part Time- ADM Trucking High School Co-Op- Decatur, ILThis is a part-time, hourly position.QualificationsStudents must be at least 17 years old, a senior in High School, on track to graduate, maintain a cumulative 2.25 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) or higher and meet attendance requirements to be eligible for ADM's 12-month Career Pathways program. In additional, one formal letter of recommendation is required to be considered for program entry.Upon selection into the program, students will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and lift test administered per ADM policy/procedures.Summer 2026 Co-Op:June 2026 to July 20268 am - 4:30 pm Monday through FridayFall 2026 High School Co-Op for Credit:August 2026 to December 20268am to 12pm or 12pm to 4:00pm Monday through Friday (1 hr flex)Spring 2027 High School Co-Op for CreditJanuary 2027 to May 20278am to 12pm or 12pm to 4:00pm Monday through Friday (1 hr flex)Program Graduation Ceremony: May 2027ADM Trucking is a food grade transportation company.Essential Job Functions - The individual is required to follow all government, company & customer policies and regulations.This includes but is not limited to FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, DOL & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Restrictions: Under no circumstance will an intern be allowed to drive a motor vehicle or ride-along as a helper as part of their job. Interns are not allowed to perform any work prohibited by the Department of Labor (DOL) as described in the federal youth employment regulations including the DOL's Hazardous Occupations Orders which prohibit minors to work with power-driven hoisting equipment (forklifts, skid-steers, backhoes, manlifts, etc.), power-driven chain saws or any cutting machinery, among others.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Students must adhere to high school attendance policy and also adhere to ADM's attendance policyAbility to work well with others.Perform job tasks with a positive safety attitudePPE: Required safety items includes but is not limited to; safety glasses, steel-toed boots, gloves, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hair and beard nets, hard hat/bump caps, fall protection and LOTO items.ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

REF:106884BRBase pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
