Job description

Description
The Wharton Marketing Department is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the level of Assistant Professor. The department consists of a large group of faculty with varied research interests, and we offer degree programs at the undergraduate, MBA, and Ph.D. levels. Our goal is to attract individuals who have strong potential for excellence in research and teaching, and who will enrich our academic environment.

We will be interviewing candidates, virtually, in August to meet with outstanding individuals who are interested in tenure-track faculty positions in Marketing at the Wharton School. Individuals who are interested are encouraged to submit materials for review.
Qualifications
Applicants should have interests in areas such as Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, Neuroscience, Computer and Information Science, and related disciplines. Demonstrated ability or potential for high-quality research and teaching are essential. Applicants must have a Ph.D. (expected completion by June 30, 2028, is acceptable) from an accredited institution. The appointment is expected to begin on July 1, 2027.
