We are currently seeking candidates for a Manufacturing Operator I_US opportunity with a leading medical device manufacturing company in Braintree, MA.


Job Title: Manufacturing Operator I_US
Location: Braintree, MA (Onsite)
Contract Duration: Through 12/14/2026


Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Operator I will support machining and manufacturing operations by operating computer-controlled equipment and performing inspection activities in a regulated medical device environment. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, machining, production, or CNC-related experience.


Key Responsibilities:
• Operate computer-controlled manufacturing equipment including swiss lathes, grinders, honing machines, parts washers, and related tooling
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections according to blueprint and print specifications
• Conduct First Article inspections and document inspection results
• Follow SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements
• Accurately enter production and quality data into manufacturing systems
• Support ISO, FDA, safety, and environmental compliance requirements
• Perform basic troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment as needed
• Maintain productivity, quality, and dependability standards


Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, machining, or related field
• Experience with CNC equipment, Citizen Lathes, Haas Grinders, Fanuc Robotics, or precision machining preferred
• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environment preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills required
• Ability to use gauges, micrometers, verniers, dial indicators, and other measuring tools preferred
• Strong communication and math skills required
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
