Join our client's Computer Operations team in a hands-on role that keeps critical member ID card production running smoothly. If you enjoy troubleshooting hardware, solving technical problems, and working with both internal teams and vendors, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact while building long-term career potential.

Compensation

What You'll Be Doing
  • Troubleshoot and repair secure card printing equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and print system issues.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors on equipment support.
  • Monitor production systems and resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain shift reports and operational documentation.
  • Support server restarts and production recovery as needed.
  • Help ensure accurate, secure member ID card production.
What You'll Need to be Considered
  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and print equipment.
  • Ability to methodically replicate and diagnose technical issues.
  • Comfortable working directly with third-party vendors.
  • Basic Excel skills for operational reporting.
  • Ability to work the required hybrid on-site schedule.
  • Experience with secure card printing, regulated data (PHI/PII), or Entrust printers is a plus.
