We're looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves person to join our team and build a career as aDelivery Associate I in Winnipeg, Manitoba. DESCRIPTION Responsible for the timely delivery of our coffee and related products to our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver coffee, beverages, and related products to customers on an assigned route (approximately 15 deliveries per day) Monitor customer inventory levels and process replenishment orders to maintain appropriate stock levels Perform preventive cleaning and basic equipment maintenance / troubleshooting to reduce service calls and ensure equipment operates properly.

Escalate technical concerns when required Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to support sales initiatives Maintain a safe work environment by following all company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including receiving, unloading, picking, loading, and organizing inventory Complete delivery, inventory, and service documentation accurately using company systems and mobile applications Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager. Total Rewards: CAD $41,900.00 - $52,624.00 annually

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma preferred; 1 year in similar driving/delivery role; Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract.

Applications, and inventory control software; Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs). The Delivery Associate is an important part of the operations, service and delivery team and is responsible for ensuring that our customer's expectations and needs are fully satisfied.
