SUMMARY
This role will be the primary point of contact/liaison for drivers and sales. Performs a variety of administrative functions by processing labels and invoices, coordinating office services, operational reporting, records control, systems administration, compliance documentation, and special administrative projects, as described in the essential duties.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Required High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of applicable experience working in an administrative role. Solid understanding of basic computer operations, strong analytical skills, computer literate (intermediate level- Excel & Word), organizational skills and the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize and work independently. Excellent communication and time management skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Track and process invoices to ensure correct billing for toner, paper, forms and labels.
  • Maintain and create systems and procedures to aid in the control of:
    • Budget
    • Vacation hours
    • Misc records keeping.
  • Track and prepare all departmental telephone bills for payment.
  • Track and maintain maintenance and service agreements.
  • Set up and remove users for Office Depot and in line faxes.
  • Set up and update vendor information as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
