Pay Range: $50 - $60 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced operations specialist to manage access and provide frontline support for a suite of generative AI tools. This role involves processing access requests, troubleshooting common issues, and maintaining essential documentation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively across multiple platforms, and possess hands-on experience with AI and SaaS administration functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process generative AI tool access requests based on defined policies.
  • Provide Tier 1 support, troubleshoot common user issues, and escalate complex problems.
  • Audit tool usage, manage seat capacity, and generate usage reports.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and internal knowledge base content.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendor account managers.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in SaaS administration, including user and seat management.
  • Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools used in media/content workflows.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Domain/Industry Experience:
