Role Description The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer is a full-time, on-site role based in San Jose, CA. This role is responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs for milling and machining operations to produce precision components that meet customer specifications. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing technical drawings and models, selecting tooling and machining strategies, setting up and proving out programs on the shop floor, and collaborating with machinists to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The CNC Programmer will troubleshoot machining issues, adjust feeds, speeds, and tool paths, and document process improvements to support repeatable and scalable manufacturing. The role also involves working closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in CNC Programming and Programming for milling and machining operations.
