Manufacturing Process Operator

At Teledyne MEMS, part of Teledyne Digital Imaging, Inc., we're shaping the future of precision manufacturing. **This is an Evening Shift - 4 PM to 12 AM *

What You'll Do

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to meet quality and safety standards.

  • Follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate production records.

  • Perform routine equipment setups, calibrations, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Inspect parts for accuracy and quality compliance.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to contamination protocols.

  • Support continuous improvement projects and share ideas for efficiency.

  • Communicate issues affecting safety, quality, or delivery to supervisors.

  • Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.

What You Need

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - required.

  • Good manual dexterity and comfort working with small components - required.

  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear PPE - required.

  • Basic computer skills for data entry - required.

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience - advantage.

  • Knowledge of quality control processes - advantage.

  • High school diploma or equivalent - required.
