Job description

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY - Enterprise Technology Group (ETG)

We are searching for candidates interested in learning more about Information Technology and are curious about pursuing a career as an internal IT employee. LBMC ETG Interns will work in the Brentwood, TN office under the direct supervision and mentorship of an ETG expert. This position will be offered as a full-time in-office role with the opportunity to convert to a full-time direct-hire employee.

This position will work on IT support projects including:

  • Maintaining and monitor end-user workstations and productivity on local area network
  • Perform a variety of maintenance, software installation, end-user support and training tasks to ensure end-user workstations and network performance meet company and user requirements.
  • Provide support to staff on all company-supported applications.
  • Troubleshoot computer problems, determine source and advise on appropriate action.
  • Complete application project-based work
  • Support the IT Service Desk team and triage new tickets
  • Asset Management and Identity Management
  • Deployment Automation
  • Client Management
