The general pay scale for this position at MOH is $16.36 - $25.17 per hour The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc.
SCOPE:
Responsible for collaboration and coordination with research program staff and other departments. Acts as liaison with physicians, patients and other office staff. Responsible for assisting in the development of and administration of office policies and procedures. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Coordinates office procedures with medical staff, and billing office to ensure smooth flow of information within departments.
-Implements and complies with Company Reimbursement Policies and Procedures to maximize efficiency.
Maintains HIPAA and Good Clinical Practice compliance.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be team-oriented, detailed-oriented, motivated, friendly, professional, and responsible. Work permit must be shown if under the age of 16.
