Role Overview

As an AI Adoption Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the enterprise-wide rollout and sustained adoption of Microsoft Copilot and related AI tools. You’ll help drive awareness, engagement, and enablement activities, working closely with ambassadors, trainers, and business leaders to foster a culture of AI advocacy and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

As an AI Adoption Intern, you will contribute to the success of our AI adoption initiatives through the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing AI adoption campaigns, including creating awareness materials and coordinating online engagement.

  • Support the delivery of live demos, orientation events, and training sessions for Copilot users.

  • Maintain and update self-serve learning resources and training materials.

  • Track participation in enablement activities and collect user feedback to measure impact.

  • Help onboard AI Champions, Trainers, and early adopters to build strong peer networks.

  • Support community activities and recognition programs to celebrate adoption milestones.

  • Prepare usage reports and synthesize insights to inform ongoing improvements.

  • Best practices in change management, communications, and peer advocacy.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Agents, M365, and emerging AI tools.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Business, Communications, or a related field.
