Enterprise Electronics Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist with a background in Computer and Information Science for its Enterprise, Alabama manufacturing facility. The IT Support Specialist will provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and assist in maintaining our IT infrastructure. The position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure seamless technology operations across the organization. The role also offers an opportunity to work with a diverse range of systems, including Windows, Linux, and network environments, supporting end-users and maintaining critical IT services.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Associate Degree in Computer and Information Science
  • 3 years of Computer and Information Science support experience
  • Strong understanding of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and VPN management
  • Proficiency in operating systems such as Microsoft Windows (including Windows Server) and Linux
