ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Develop instructional materialconsistent with course objectives and aligned with faculty program planning;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assign,supervise, and evaluate students in the clinical setting;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Participate in shared governanceconsistent with BORN regulations and ACEN standards;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Collaborate with faculty colleaguesand nursing program staff to develop, support, and implement the philosophy,conceptual framework, objectives, and policies of the program;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Collaboratewith professionals in clinical settings;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Activelyparticipate in course refinement and program evaluation;

Collaborate withall faculty colleagues to develop a nursing curriculum plan that shall providea variety of learning experiences consistent with the program mission,philosophy, and nursing education outcomes;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Work collaboratively and withflexibility with the Simulation Services of the Division through effective useof simulation and computer technologies in the classroom and lab;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Utilize avariety of appropriate teaching strategies to promote students' criticalthinking skills;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Activelyparticipate in the Systematic Evaluation Plan (SEP);
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Serve as anadviser to nursing students and potential nursing students;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Serve ondepartmental, division, and college committees;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Maintaincurrent expertise in teaching through professional development;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Participate in weekly meetings,special events, pinning, and graduation, some outside of regular work hours;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Adhere toMassachusetts Community College Contract including but not limited to:
-Serve as an academic advisor tostudents;
-Post and maintain a minimum offour (4) office hours per week;
-Serve on College committees(college governance) as elected or appointed;
-Attend Division, Department, andCommittee meetings;
-Serve on Nursing Programcommittees.
