Familiarity with tools like Cisco routers and switches, network monitoring systems, and certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA are typically required. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication are important soft skills for diagnosing issues and collaborating with team members. These skills ensure reliable network performance, security, and smooth business operations.

What are computer networks?

Computer networks are systems that connect two or more computers or devices to share resources, data, and applications. These networks can range from small local area networks (LANs) in homes or offices to large wide area networks (WANs) that span cities or countries.
