Who are we looking for?

The Engineer will support the design, development,ย and assembly team in commissioningย custom machines and automated equipment.ย This role will giveย engineersย seeking hands-on exposure to machine design, manufacturing, and system integration the opportunity to workย closely with experienced engineers, technicians, andย crossfunctionalย teams.ย 

What will you be doing?
  • Engineering & Design Supportย 

    Assistย senior engineers in the design and layout of custom machines and mechanical assembliesย ย 

    Create and update 3D models, layouts, and 2D drawings using CAD softwareย ย 

    Learn and apply basic engineering calculations related to loads, motion, tolerances, andย componentย sizingย ย 

    Supportย componentย selectionย (motors, bearings, actuators, gearboxes, fasteners, etc.)ย 

What will you be doing?
  • Manufacturing Engineering Supportย 

Collaborate with process and manufacturing engineers toย identifyย automation opportunities and ROI justifications

Develop fixture and tooling requirements in coordination with mechanical design teams (SolidWorks preferred)

Support qualification activities including IQ/OQ/PQ for regulated or precision manufacturing environments

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues during production ramp, minimizing downtimeย 

What will you be doing?
  • Project Execution & Documentationย 

Own integration project plans from scope definition through production handoffย 

Maintain accurate documentation: wiring diagrams, functional design specs, I/O lists, and revision-controlled work instructionsย 

Work closely with controls, IT, and facilities to ensure infrastructure requirements (power, networking, safety) are metย 

Lead cross-functional reviews and communicate project status to engineering management and stakeholdersย 

Who are You?
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,ย Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering,ย Computer Science Engineeringย 

  • Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD)ย 

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing and mechanical componentsย 

  • Ability to read engineering drawings (training provided as needed)ย 

  • Abilityย toย travel domesticallyย andย internationally (30%-40% international travel)
