Job Responsibilities
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Operate small material lifts and forklifts to transport materials safely.
  • Support Extrusion setup activities and assist with size changes.
  • Perform video Jet printing on plates and rods.
  • Empty saw-shaving drums and filter bed dumpsters as needed.
  • Assist with utility tasks such as breaking down coffins and sandblasting tooling.
  • Load and unload annealing ovens.
  • Build pallets and prepare shipments in the Shipping Department.
  • Transfer product from extrusion lines and assist with rod cutting, puck cutting, and inspection.
  • Inspect finished and in-process Inspect finished and in-process products for quality and conformance.
  • Use saws to edge-cut and trim scrap products.
  • Ability to operate a puck-cutting saw and perform measurements.
