VNE, LLC is looking for a TS/SCI Cleared Computer Systems Analyst I

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:
  • High School diploma or GED, related military experience, or trade/industrial school graduate.
  • Experience:
  • Related military experience, or trade/industrial school graduate.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience solving technical problems.
  • Training and experience related to engineering and/or software design/maintenance.
  • 1 - 2 years of Microsoft Power Apps experience.
  • Be able to test equipment and systems to ensure the process operates effectively.
  • Be able to interpret plans and drawings and contribute to the design and fabrication, as needed for testing.
  • Experience in computer-aided drafting (CAD) with the ability to prepare shop drawings for model construction.
  • Be familiar with material and part specifications as well as fabrication methods.
  • TS/SCI level Clearance required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Tools: Proficient with operational inventory management software tools (CMPro, MS Power Apps, Excel, and Power Query) to verify existing inventory levels and generate accurate and automated reports.
  • They will also automate logistics reporting as necessary using these software suites to ensure efficient and real-time inventory monitoring.
  • Experience using Jira to support agile workflows helpful.
  • AutoCAD.
Job Description

Systems Analyst needed to support the CM/ILS Program. Must have experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), with significant experience using Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI and knowledge of defense life-cycle logistics for electronic and C4ISR/C5ISR systems. Must be able to analyze technical data, system specifications, and government requirements to ensure effective and compliant logistics solutions. This role will support project life cycle management activities to include provisioning, maintenance and spares planning, engineering change management, and configuration control. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Navy integrated logistics forms, processes, procedures, and the ability to develop, and execute logistics plans, and sustainment documentation to ensure operational readiness in support of the mission.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain MS Power Apps tools used to support SSEE, Spectral and RTSP ILS functions.
  • Provide part/spares/provisioning research for fleet support cases.
  • Identify excess material utilizing the current TDPs to determine obsolete parts and inventory levels.
  • Ensure product/service and processes meet quality, schedule and safety standards.
  • Contribute to team task tracking within Jira.
  • Support Data calls and generate reports, as required
Essential Duties of the Job
  • Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups.
  • Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard.
  • Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off.
  • Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face
