HANDS-ON TRAINING PROVIDED
OFFICE MANAGER
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our
team. This position is responsible for managing daily office operations, bookkeeping functions,
deposits, and equipment payoffs. The ideal candidate is rganized, professional, computer savvy, and
comfortable learning new systems
and processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability and ands-on training,
as our current bookkeeper is retiring and will provide training
to ensure a smooth transition.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Handle bookkeeping duties, including data entry and record keeping Process customer payments,
payoffs, and bank deposits
Maintain accurate financial and office records Reconcile accounts and assist with reporting as
needed
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members Assist with filing,
scheduling, and general office support
Learn and maintain company procedures and software systems Accounts Receivable and Payable for all
3 locations - McPherson, Salina, Minneapolis
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous office management, bookkeeping, or administrative experience
preferred
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills
