Shift Timings: Mon-Fri (8:30am to 4:30pm)

Pay: USD 20/hr-USD 22/hr

Position summary: The Temporary Administrative Support Specialist will assist the agency with data entry, financial system updates, and administrative tasks. This role requires experience working with computer systems, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and maintain data in the Statewide Financial System (SFS).
  • Perform data entry and record maintenance with a high level of accuracy.
  • Create, update, and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience with data entry and general administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience using the Statewide Financial System (SFS) or similar ERP/financial systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and reporting.
