Job description

Valgroup USA in Findlay, Ohio is hiring a Production Supervisor.

This position will work Monday to Friday (Days) with support to off-shift.

We are a plastics manufacturing facility, producing extrusion-blown films for flexible packaging with industrial and specialty applications.

What you will do
  • Supervise production teams to meet operational goals
  • Oversee and assign daily work
  • Learn technical operations of machines and troubleshoot
  • Collaborate with scheduling, maintenance, and inventory staff
  • Lead safety and quality initiatives
  • Train and develop staff
Skills needed to succeed
  • 2 years' experience leading within a manufacturing environment
  • Mechanical troubleshooting interest and ability
  • Effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization
