Job description

Job Title

This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enter orders, and dispatches to the appropriate service center.

Job Responsibilities
  • Log all incoming calls
  • Add new residents to existing LTC customer data base as necessary
  • Follow up on delivery of requested items
  • Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues
  • After-hours dispatching when scheduled
  • Read and analyze documents such as customer orders
  • Effectively communicate with co-workers and customers alike
  • Help with the training of employees
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer literacy is necessary
Physical Demands

The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
