Student Worker-Bullock Computer Lab
The Blinn College District is searching for a Student Worker-Bullock Computer Lab at our Brenham Campus.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities are listed below:
Job Summary:
To provide support to students, faculty,and staff with a variety of computer-related needs. Responsibilities includehelping with printing, presentations, and navigating ECampus. Student workerswill also check equipment in and out, and clean and disinfect equipment aftereach use to help ensure a safe and organized lab environment.
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Provide friendly and courteous assistance to students, faculty, and staff with computer lab resources and technology needs.
  • Check equipment in and out.
  • Clean and disinfect equipment and workstations after use.
  • Refill printer paper and monitor printers to help ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or other issues promptly to the Lab Assistant.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the computer lab.

Minimum Qualifications/ Required Degree, License or Certifications
Must be Federal Work Study Eligible and Must be at least a half time student.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Experience using MyBlinn for student and academic services
Familiarity with Honorlock online proctoring software
Experience navigating and using ECampus learning management systems

The Bullock Computer Lab is staffed Sunday through Thursday evenings by an adult lab assistant and two student workers.
We are looking for dependable, friendly students who enjoy helping others.
