Job Description

Responsibilities of a Part Time Collision Instructor include but are not limited to:

  • Lecture and Lab instruction for Autobody/Collision courses

  • Provide Lab Safety Training

  • Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes

  • Provide advisement to students

  • Some program and or curriculum development may be requested

  • Attend staff meetings and recruitment activities as requested

Required Qualifications:

  • ICAR Platinum Certified

  • 5 Years of Collision Repair industry experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate of Applied Science Degree in Collision Technologies

  • Knowledge of computer classroom technologies

  • Experience working with a diverse/multicultural student body and/or workforce

  • Knowledge in Canvas or other Learning Management Systems

Applications will be considered on an as-needed basis determined by course availability.

Schedule: Autobody/Collision courses are taught at the North Las Vegas Campus, in-person and are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekend.

Salary: $925.00 per lecture credit hour. Credits will vary by semester.
