Provides standard administrative, technical, production services or provides information that supports others, and/or organizes data and information that is used and analyzed by others.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Graduation from high school or equivalent (GED).

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • One to three months of related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of professional video production equipment including Sony, Black Magic, and RED camera systems; wireless microphones, field recorders, and mixers; lighting, lenses, tripods, gimbals, monitors, and related studio/field production accessories.
  • Comfortable in all or most production workflows, including camera setup, audio capture, lighting, and on-set troubleshooting.
  • Advanced knowledge of industry-standard software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Avid Pro Tools. Knowledge of Davince Resolve a plus.
  • Experience supporting computer lab environments, including Windows/macOS.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn a large 500+ item equipment inventory tracking system and check-out procedures.
  • Ability to provide excellent service and technical support to students, faculty, and staff in a fast-paced academic production environment.
  • Familiarity with emerging media production technologies such as virtual production, motion capture, game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine), or real-time content creation workflows a plus.
