Minimum Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Any Bachelor's degree or higher AND two (2) years of professional experience directly related to the teaching assignment

OR Any Associate degree AND six (6) years of professional experience directly related to the teaching assignment. OR Possess a valid California teaching credential authorizing service in a community college in the appropriate subject matter area. OR the equivalent.

Equivalent qualifications may include related education, training, employment and professional experience that would be equal to the required degree(s) and experience in this field as determined by the District Equivalency Committee. Commitment to examine, reflect, and modify instructional, relational, and classroom practices in order to effectively engage and support disproportionately impacted student populations with the goal of closing equity gaps. Working Conditions: Salary Range: $1572.67 - $1725.85 per lecture unit rate, $1572.67 - $1725.85 per lab parity unit rate, $1258.16 - $1380.60 per lab unit rate Open Date: 05/15/2026 Close Date: 05/14/2027 Special Instructions Summary: SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SUMMARY This recruitment will remain active for a period of one year, from the position opening date. This is a continuous recruitment to fill part-time, and temporary faculty assignments on an as-needed basis. When the need to fill arises, the department will refer to this pool of part-time faculty.
