If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets technical expertise, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Detailer, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that innovative concepts become buildable, efficient, and visually impactful experiences.

  • Partner closely with 3D Exhibit Designers to ensure designs are both visually compelling and structurally sound
  • Translate creative concepts into detailed, production-ready CAD drawings for fabrication, procurement, and installation
  • Develop comprehensive drawing packages including dimensions, material specifications, assembly details, exploded isometric views, and installation instructions
  • Specify materials, hardware, lighting, and electrical components that align with project goals and client expectations

  • Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Creative, and Production teams to drive seamless project execution
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, build quality, efficiency, and overall project outcomes
  • Solve complex design and fabrication challenges with innovative, practical solutions
What You'll Bring

We're seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who combines technical excellence with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Required Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of experience as a Production Detailer within exhibit fabrication, custom fabrication, millwork, retail environments, or a related industry
  • 4–5 years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, including experience working in 3D environments
  • Strong understanding of design principles, structural mechanics, and fabrication processes
  • Proven experience creating highly detailed, production-ready technical drawings
  • Ability to read, interpret, and develop production schematics and technical documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
  • Advanced PC-based computer proficiency
  • Confidence presenting technical recommendations and creative solutions to internal teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CNC programming and CAM software
  • Knowledge of exhibit, tradeshow, retail, experiential marketing, or custom fabrication environments
  • Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, materials, and production best practices
Why Join Us?

You'll have the opportunity to work on unique, high-impact projects that blend creativity, engineering, and craftsmanship. Every project presents a new challenge, a new environment, and a new opportunity to create memorable experiences for clients and audiences alike.
