Job Summary:
RMS Computer Corp is seeking a Jr Deskside Support Technician to assist with the delivery, installation, and maintenance of computer equipment. The role involves working in a supportive environment with opportunities for on-the-job learning and responsibilities including imaging laptops and desktops, equipment setups, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
• Image/ Reimage Laptop-Desktops
• Desk setup moves
• Computer refresh equipment swaps/migrations
• Break Fix activity
• Application installations
• Simple Troubleshooting
• Equipment deliveries and setup
Qualifications:
Required:
• Customer service experience a huge plus
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Attention to detail is critical
• Problem solving and the ability to work in both with team and independently
