Job description

Join our Field Services team in Calgary, AB and take charge of cutting-edge HVAC and BMS control systems-where your expertise drives smarter buildings and real-world impact. From hands-on installations to leading system upgrades and customer training, you'll be the go-to problem solver powering innovation in building automation.

Leads successful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex HVAC / BMS controls equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering teams. You will make improvements to training guides and documentation. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives in the field relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment.

YOU MUST HAVE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING

  • High School diploma
  • 1 yr + technical experience in the field or classroom
  • Valid Drivers License

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Job location will be in Calgary, AB
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance on the BMS/DDC system
  • Perform Troubleshooting of the BMS/DDC systems, requires developing an understanding of the HVAC systems
  • Replace, Repair or Upgrade of existing BMS systems. Including actuators, sensors, controllers, etc.
  • Program and commission BMS control systems
  • Work with Site Electrician and Facility Technicians on daily repairs and maintenance calls.
  • Provide report of System Health and Lifecycle Management of BMS system to Facility Manager
  • Overtime and Travel Opportunities may be available from time to time
