Job description

CTR Refrigeration is a reputable and proven company servicing the Alberta area in Commercial Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning. Our focus is Supermarket Installation and Service with offices in Calgary and Edmonton.

CTR is part of the Arcticom Group (TAG), a North America based network of mechanical companies that provide HVACR, Plumbing, Electrical and Controls services.

This is an exciting time to join our team at a high-growing stage. We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team.

Service Technician Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair multiple types of refrigeration systems, as well as all mechanical and electrical components related to the equipment (such as self-contained coolers and freezers, single and rack systems, etc.)
  • Perform minor plumbing repairs on refrigeration equipment, including walk-in drain lines, case drain lines, cooling towers and water-cooled condensers
  • Inspect plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems and identifying specifications that are required
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for HVAC and Refrigeration
  • Collaborate directly with grocery store managers and store directors
  • Quote equipment repairs and recommend replacement when necessary
  • Maintain proper van stock, tools and safety equipment on work van
  • Complete necessary documentation and completion of customer calls within the company systems in a timely manner

Compensation:

Competitive Wages Local 488

Rates: Total Package $70.97 per hour
