Job description

The primary role of the Installation Manager is to effectively and efficiently manage the activities of installation teams from dispatch through job close-out. This role will also provide real-time on-job issue resolution between the consumer, THD, and ACS; adhering to our “Say Yes” values while maintaining financial objectives.

  • You have worked in a Call Center environment and loved it. You find joy in speaking with customers over the phone and are eager to find them the resolution needed. You enjoy keeping track of many moving parts and make sure everything works outs in the end.
  • Rolling up your sleeves and getting into the nitty gritty is your thing and are always looking for the next task to accomplish.
Essential Functions
(What you would be in charge of)
  • You will be making and receiving a high number of scheduling calls.
  • You will verify purchased items with the customer to ensure they receive the correct product.
  • You will receive calls from our Installation team regarding their estimated time of arrival and when they arrive to the customers home.
  • You will follow up with the customer upon installation to make sure they are highly satisfied.

  • You know how to use a computer and can navigate various systems (we created our system, so it is EASY to learn)
