Our client is a well-known food manufacturer with plants in NYC and NJ. Due to growth, seeking an Information Systems (IS) Manager to join the IT staff. Primary duties include:
- Managed day-to-day IT operations, ensuring reliability, performance, and availability of systems, servers, networks, and ERP platforms across the organization.
- Led ERP system administration, including database performance, application support, custom development, and creation of reports, dashboards, and add-on tools.
- Monitored system health and security, performing routine checks, intrusion detection, and ensuring integrity of hardware, software, and data processes.
- Directed IT infrastructure support and upgrades, including hardware/software installation, testing, troubleshooting, and coordination with external vendors and service providers.
- Developed IT policies, documentation, and strategies (security, backups, network architecture), while collaborating cross-functionally to drive technology improvements and support business needs.
Position reports to IT Director.
Ideal candidates for IS Manager will possess the following:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, IS, or similar
- 5+ years experience
- Able to travel between the locations in NJ and NYC.
- Experience with SAP
Salary up to $120,000/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
