Job description

Associate Business Systems Analyst II – Randstad General Partner (US) LLC – Atlanta, GA.

Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time W-2 basis.

Randstad will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization or visas for this role, including but not limited to F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, or L-1.

Job Duties:
  • Provide tier II technical support to end-users on various issues.
  • Respond to, document, and resolve production support tickets.
  • Define technical problems and work with development staff to determine solutions.
  • Provide assistance in testing and validating solutions.
  • Perform ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance.
  • Primarily focus on support and maintenance of systems and assist with other operational tasks as needed.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting. Utilize strong business and technology acumen, including Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle (“SDLC”).
  • Analyze application enhancements requested by users. Make formal recommendations. Write application specifications, including conversion, upgrade, and interface routines. Support all testing needs for defined changes.
  • Participate in quality assurance (“QA”) testing and user acceptance testing (“UAT”) initiatives.
  • Develop and execute test plans, report results, and communicate resolution to users.
  • Follow operating policies. Interpret organizational policies. Utilize time management, organization, and analytical skills to complete work under the supervision of others.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a
    related field.
  • Must have 1 year of professional experience as a Software or Business Analyst or a related occupation.
  • Must have 1 year of professional experience in: defining, analyzing, and crafting req/user stories;
  • working in a fast-paced IT environment utilizing SDLC methodologies, such as Agile, LEAN, and waterfall; Wireframe, Mockups,
    processing mapping, Visio, and MS Office Suite; project management as well as QA and UAT testing; HTML,
    Java, SQL; lead lifecycle, sales, marketing, and recruitment – CRM, marketing automation, Agile tools
    (JIRA), recruiting platform (ATS); and PS 9.0 (payroll, HR, benefits, self-service).
  • May work from any U.S.
    location – reports to company headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE.
