Job description

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Administration and oversight of all surveillance and security systems, related service level agreements, and regulatory, operational and information security procedures and controls as set forth by the Regional Manager of Surveillance Technology and SLA guidelines.
  • Installation and maintenance of all surveillance and security systems, including access control, camera fleet, servers/computers, storage, networking, surveillance officer PODs and displays, and all other related hardware/software
  • Installation, maintenance, operation and administration of all surveillance system applications, including incident reporting, access control, video recording and review, and all other surveillance and security related applications
  • Prepares and maintains documentation of equipment configurations, charts, diagrams, and schematics
    Maintain an accurate inventory of all surveillance system related devices
  • Assists with the creation and maintenance of all surveillance systems policies and procedures
  • Assists with training of support staff and end users, and of all surveillance and security systems, related service level agreements, and operational and information security procedures and controls
  • Responds to systems emergencies, recoveries and outages, reporting all findings and solutions to senior management for reporting to regulators (as required)
  • Coordinates and supervises surveillance specialists and contracted surveillance engineering and support partners
  • Provides project management and other duties as directed by the Regional Manager of Surveillance Technology.

Physical/Mental Requirements:    

  • Occasionally lifting and transporting of up to 50
  • Constantly standing; walking; sitting; and using hands to finger, handling, or feeling objects, tools, or
  • Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions:

  • Frequently situated at Back-of-house
  • Frequently exposed to smoke.
  • Constantly wet, cold, hot, dry, dirty dusty.
  • Constantly working in a moderate noise level environment increasing to loud when upon the Gaming floor

License Requirements:

  • Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming License
  • Valid US State Driver’s License
  • Must be able to obtain VMS and Access Control related Certification required to maintain/support company systems. 
  • Be willing to perform a background check.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and/or 5+ years of work experience in the field.

Target Salary Range: $75,000
