SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified HRIS Administrator.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: The Human Resources Department is looking for a HRIS Administrator to maintain all aspects of employee
data in multiple information systems. This role is based on site at the Middletown RI campus and will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and system efficiency within various HRIS systems and databases, including ADP Workforce Now, Deltek (Time & Expense, CostPoint), and Cornerstone (Learning Management & Recruiting).Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Administration, provisioning, and maintenance of all employee data in various HRIS systems.
  • Participates in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades.
  • Creates and automates the delivery of Human Resources-specific reports for operational use, as well as ad-hoc reports.
  • Performs quarterly audits to ensure accuracy, consistency throughout multiple systems, and compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Assists in the administration, maintenance, and modifications of the HRIS processes, procedures, and navigation training guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned, including special projects and general Human Resources responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Education: Highschool diploma required, associate's degree preferred.
Experience: 3 years' experience with HRIS systems required; ideal candidates would have experience with
ADP Workforce Now and Deltek.
  • Knowledge of HR databases and software.
  • Experience with Excel and Comma Separated Values (CSV) reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment with flexibility to quickly adapt to change.

As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
